The idea : Coworker USA – A division of Diligent Mobile, Inc.(DMI)

This new concept of utilizing your spare resources is inspired by Uber, Airbnb and others but with a little improvement and may be the first among few in the entire USA.

This came to our mind after 4 years of research and after successfully implementing it at our level several times. We realized that there are thousands of professionals, housewives, parents, veterans, senior/retired citizens, students who have lots of spare time but do not possess necessary IT skills, however they are local to many businesses in their city. On the other hand there are thousands of businesses who are looking for local trained IT people who can work part time. So we decided to train local people who can work part time in the skills which do not need much of programming and coding skills. Since the newly trained people do not have much experience to complete the job satisfactorily, we decided to provide full time support from experienced software professionals to complete the assignments. This became a win win situation for all.

Meet the Owner

Ish Sharma has been with DMI since 2010, most recently founded Coworker USA. As President of DMI, Ish Sharma provided IT consulting services to hundreds of consulting companies in the US and placed thousands of software professionals. Earlier to 2010 Ish Sharma has worked as Sr. Vice President and Vice President of many IT consulting and Software Development companies in SF bay area since 1996. Ish Sharma has worked with many software companies like eBay, San Jose Mercury News, Lawrence Berkeley Lab and many startup companies. Ish Sharma is an expert in Mobile Application Development and managed successfully many Mobile Application projects.

Ish Sharma received his B.S. degree in Electronics, M.Tech. in Computer Science, did research and published Thesis on Artificial Intelligence and computer simulation and modelling all from prestigious BITS Pilani, India. Subsequently Ishwar has also worked as a Professor of Computer science at BITS pilani itself. Professor Sharma has been a pioneer in IT industry and an innovator who comes with new concepts in part time remote working in your spare time in the ever growing field on Information technology

Shiva is co-founder of Diligent Mobile Inc.
She has extensive experience in consulting, project implementation and research in emerging technologies.
She is a proponent of women professionals, having been one of the first female engineers in her graduating class. She holds an ME in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Computer Science, from BITS Pilani. She has been a Professor at BITS Pilani and at Delhi Technological University (DCE).
Her current interests include Blockchain technologies and mindfulness.
